I was assigned in the Claim Section. My task there is to scan the papers given to me and print It. After that I will bring it to the Record Section for stamping it with certified true copy and leave it there for signing.
I also write down the names of the patients and the admitted and discharge date.
I help in the processing of documents to be submitted in Phil health. I will check If it is complete and in order.
I also check the receiving documents/files of the patients from the Record Section and stamp it with the date that was received.
I also write the records of each patients files into a Log Book and after It, I will scan and print the copy and transfer It to DCI, cause they will encode It into their system.
I also write the name of the doctor who sign the patients philhealth form and with it’s corresponding accreditation number.
I also help them to take of the files, arranged, and check if it is complete.
I also write the patients name, admission and discharge date into a log book to be transfer for filling in the Record Section.
Last but not the least,we clean our area after work. Because we must observe cleanliness their.
